Return and Refund Policy

This Return and Refund Policy applies to consulting engagement services provided by Antiagevibrant.

Service Nature

Our culture health consulting services are delivered as professional advisory engagements, including diagnostics, framework development, and implementation support. Each engagement is scoped individually through a formal proposal.

Cancellation Before Commencement

If you cancel a signed engagement before work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund of any advance payment, minus reasonable administrative costs as specified in your engagement letter.

Cancellation After Commencement

Once an engagement has commenced, fees for completed work stages are non-refundable. Any remaining balance for unstarted stages may be refunded or credited at our discretion, subject to the terms of your engagement agreement.

Delivered Materials

Diagnostic reports, framework documents, and advisory deliverables are considered fulfilled upon delivery. These materials are not eligible for return once provided.

Dispute Resolution

If you have concerns about any aspect of our service delivery, we encourage you to contact your assigned advisor promptly. Many issues can be addressed through scope adjustments or additional review sessions included in your engagement.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or discuss cancellation, contact us at infocenter@antiagevibrant.world with your engagement reference number. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
